Creative Cakes was founded in 2003 by Pastry Chef Nicki. Whose career has allowed her to work in the UK and 5 Star establishments in Australia including the Sydney Opera House, Park Lane Sydney and Sails in The Desert Ayers Rock.
On her return to the UK Nicki was the Pastry Sous Chef at The Haven Hotel Sandbanks for 12 years before starting up Creative Cakes.
Through her career she has won many awards for her pastry and cake design winning Gold medals for her work and overall best in the class at Le Salon Culinaire International de Londres staged in London.
Nicki was also commissioned to create a novelty cake in the shape of a Pigs Head for Hugh Finley Whittingstall at River Cottage for the Christmas Medieval Feast screened on TV in 2004.

All delivered wedding cakes will be photographed after the set up at the venue Creative Cakes will not responsible for any uneven flooring at the venue or extreme weather conditions.
